"Yoga Positions"
Yoga positions are the glue that will hold your practice together. You will find that they enhance your life in all areas and will amaze you by how they benefit your total well being.
Yoga positions are glue you say? Yes because it is with yoga positions or “asanas” that we find flexibility. This flexibility is what opens our body to accept more oxygen throughout all our limbs. This leads to better absorption of oxygen which in turn makes the breath control or “pranayama” become a second nature in our practice. Once the body is open to receive more oxygen it is easier to breath deeper and for longer periods of time. Of course this is good for anyone even the men folk out there who may think otherwise. There are even specific books for men to help them with yoga positions, a good one is Yoga for Men

A routine is simply a series of yoga positions that flow together in harmony and thoroughly stretches your entire body. I guarantee that by the end of a good routine you will be exhausted if you have completed a focused effort with yoga positions that work in harmony together. Not to mention you will feel a sense of well being and internal cleanliness you may not have ever experienced before. Just make sure to drink a lot of water so you don’t get dehydrated and again don’t push yourself too hard because as with any exercise you could injure yourself. You will be surprised at the work out you can get from simply completing a series of focused yoga positions.
